In Benton's own words:...Fath's book, p. 64..."Drawing made on the outskirts of a small town on the banks of the Missouri River northwest of Kansas City. As can be seen, the steam engine was still in use when I did it."

Signed in pencil, lower right and in the litho, lower left. Looks like original frame and is under glass, size of frame is 16 3/4 x 15 3/4 inches. No problems other than the obvious yellowing from age. Have been told that the yellowed paper generally clears very well with a "bath". Also, offering another Benton litho today in a separate listing..."A Drink of Water".
